All content on the RealTryOn.AI website, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the design of the Service (excluding user-uploaded images and third-party product images), is the property of RealTryOn.AI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
By uploading photos to the Service for the "Try-On" feature, you grant RealTryOn.AI a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to use, display, and process these photos solely for the purpose of providing the virtual try-on service to you. This license terminates automatically when the photo is deleted from our systems (typically within minutes to a few hours after processing).
RealTryOn.AI reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, review, or remove any user-uploaded content at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe it violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful, illegal, or inappropriate.

You should rely on the information provided by the third-party retailer for definitive product details before making a purchase. RealTryOn.AI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any product information or virtual try-on results.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL REALTRYON.AI, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RealTryOn.AI, its affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, partners, and employees from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (a) your content or your use of the Service; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of a third party, including intellectual property rights; or (d) any overt harmful act toward any other user of the Service with whom you connected via the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in King County, Washington, United States, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
